Memories along the meandering Beerze
The Kempenland route runs through the south-western part of Vessem. First a bit through the centre of Vessem before branching off along the Kleine Beerze in a southerly direction. After a walk along the meandering part of the Kleine Beerze, the route continues back towards Vessem.

The alternation between village and countryside, the meandering Kleine Beerze river and the collection of monuments in the village centre of Vessem make this route a succession of highlights.

The route takes you past various monuments such as Beerze Brewery, the Jacobusmolen, the Vessems Water, the meandering Kleine Beerze, the archaeological finds in this area, the St. Lambertuskerk, the Pilgrim's Farm Kafarnaum, the old presbytery, the temporary bell foundry and the old town hall.
