JAM Bandnight

On Friday 9 October, JAM will be hosting an evening packed with heavy guitars, energy and, above all, plenty of live music. Taking to the stage will be Poison Ivy and SHOWPONY – two bands, each with their own distinct sound. Poison Ivy was formed at the JAM Foundation and consists of five young musicians from the Eersel area. The band plays both classic and contemporary rock songs with their own unique twist and puts on a real show with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. As well as rock covers, they also have a Green Day tribute in their repertoire. Following performances at festivals, band battles and the funfair in Bergeijk, amongst other venues, they are now back on stage at JAM. SHOWPONY is a four-piece band from Eindhoven and Antwerp. The band’s punk and hardcore roots are clearly audible, but SHOWPONY goes far beyond just punk rock. Expect rousing beats and heavy guitars, interspersed with harmonised vocals, samples and surprising musical detours!
