Outdoor activities at Landgoed de Biestheuvel

De Biestheuvel Estate is a 23-hectare green estate offering more than 30 activities, a large catering facility and nine group accommodation options. The estate is situated in Hoogeloon, just south of Eindhoven and Tilburg, in the green Brabantse Kempen. If you’re looking for accommodation, dinner and/or an activity for a group, you’ve come to the right place!

Activities
Are you looking for a venue for an activity with your company, family or group of friends? Why not enquire about the options? With over 30 activities and workshops, there’s a fun programme to put together for every group. You’ll find themed activities, survival and climbing courses, team challenges and a paintball area, amongst other things! These activities are supervised by experienced instructors. Are you looking for something a bit more laid-back? Why not try a round of clog golf or disc golf, or perhaps one of the various workshops?

Catering and meetings
Fancy a drink, dinner or a party after your activity? That’s no problem at all. The large catering building features four function rooms that can be used flexibly – not just for dinners and parties, but also for meetings and gatherings. All rooms are equipped with the necessary audiovisual equipment, and with the disco lighting, a party can be organised in no time. We’ll provide the snacks and drinks, leaving you free to dance with your guests. Our kitchen serves delicious buffets, barbecues and dinners, and as everything is prepared in-house, allergies are no problem either.

From April to October, our large terrace is also open to any cyclists and walkers who fancy taking a break. We have a terrace menu offering a delicious lunch or a pastry with your coffee.

group accommodationIf you want to make your stay truly complete, why not stay the night? The nine group accommodation units are situated on the estate behind the old farmhouse and can accommodate between 12 and 62 people, with a total capacity of 276. The houses can be hired either together or separately. For example, there are various accommodation options that are directly connected to one another, but it is also possible to book one or more individual houses. This means there is a suitable option for every group, large or small. All houses feature a living room with a bar, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private garden with a covered terrace. You can cook for yourself in the houses, or choose to book the meal service. With this service, one or more meals are delivered to your accommodation and all you need to do is set the table.
All the accommodation is wheelchair-accessible and has no steps.

The Kempen
As well as their rich history, the Belgian and Dutch Kempen also offer many beautiful nature reserves and a charming, laid-back atmosphere. In the Kempen, you’ll find lovely little shops, child-friendly spots, antique and flea markets, and cosy outdoor cafés. In the immediate vicinity of Landgoed de Biestheuvel, you can go swimming, cycling and playing golf. Of course, you can also simply enjoy the peace and quiet at the accommodation or play a game of pétanque. For the children, we have a maze, various sports pitches, a lovely playground with climbing frames and even an air trampoline.
