Maps of growth paper
Growth cards are cards made of growth paper also called bloom paper or growth cardboard. This sustainable handmade paper contains seeds. When you plant the paper, either in a pot with soil or directly in the ground, flowers or plants grow from it. Look carefully at the type of mix and do some research about the mix you are going to plant. For example, flowers do well outdoors, while vegetables are better to germinate indoors first.
The wishes on the cards thus instantly grow into something beautiful. From flower mix (congratulations), to lavender and from clovers (for good luck) to carrot and tomato (for good luck)

The cards come in six different versions. Congratulations (birthday card), Thank you, Birth (son/daughter), Get well, Good luck (condolence) and Greetings from Eersel! All cards feature various highlights from Eersel, the skyline, the museum, the contente mens, the pronte vrouw but also the Gloeiige on the hei and the Cartierheide itself. So the cards are not only fun to give, but also really tell you something about Eersel.
Plant your Growth Map
The growing paper not only contains seeds, the handmade paper is also made of recycled paper. So on several fronts, a sustainable and symbolic product. The card itself has minimal planting instructions. But basically, you wet and tear the card (after showing it to all your friends and family, of course) and then plant it in a small pot with soil. You cover all the pieces of paper well with soil.
Patience and attention are important to properly grow the growing paper. Under the right conditions, the seeds will start germinating. Of course, sunlight also has a great influence on the germination and growth process. This makes it more likely to succeed in spring/summer than in autumn/winter. Like all seedlings, growing paper seeds like a sunny spot that is not too hot. This can be inside the house or outside in the garden or on the balcony. Love and attention works wonders.
